To create this dashboard, sign in to your SegMetrics account, then navigate to Dashboards on the left-hand side.
Once you’re here, scroll down to the bottom to Create New Dashboard.
On the next screen, select Choose a Template from the left-most selection, and scroll down to Call Booking Dashboard, and then click on Use Template.
On the next screen, you will add your tags to the dashboard. You will choose your tags to indicate Call Booked, Call Rescheduled, Call Cancelled and Call Attended.
Click Complete Set-Up, and you are done!
From your Dashboard page, navigate to the upper right hand corner, to the three elipses, and click on the them. Pull down to Share, and on the next screen you will be given a link to share your dashboard with whomever you choose.
