Lillian Pierson Recommends SegMetrics

Hi, I’m Lillian Pearson, I’m head of product and CEO at Data Mania. I just wanted to jump on real quick and tell you about my experience using SegMetrics. Before SegMetrics, I was running omnichannel campaigns and I really had no idea about the direct return on investment for any one of the channels.  I was putting a lot of effort into all of them and kind of working on intuition using my best-guess of what seemed to be working well and what didn’t.

But since I got SegMetrics, it took me about 15 minutes to set it up. I could do it all by myself, and then it was very clear and easy for me to see exactly what channels were producing leads and sales for my business. It just helped me optimize my channel strategy, and get rid of entire channels that just were dying.

And I’m so grateful for the product. I have put it in my book, Data Science for Dummies and without Segmetrics, you could spend a lot of money and time working with people to build out tag-manager and build out these dashboards that are custom and easily break and are not configured optimally. So I definitely think that SegMetrics is worth the investment. I just wish I knew how to use it more and better because there’s a lot of functionality in there I’m not even using. And I know it would be incredible if I could figure out how to set it up in the limited amount of time I have as a founder.
