Hayato had one constant point of frustration during his tenure at two Fortune 500 professional services firms in Los Angeles; “I’m an expert in what I do for this company, but I need more opportunities to showcase that expertise to prospects.” Transitioning out of those firms he started Lead Control Media, a marketing consultancy that helps professional service firms showcase their expertise using digital channels such as Tiktok, Linkedin, Email Campaigns, etc. Hayato completed his BA at the International Christian University in Tokyo and his M.Div at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL. He resides in San Diego with his wife and children, who give him a hard time about going viral on 3.5M viewed Tiktok where he teaches the public about how to use chopsticks correctly.
