When you know what all your best customers have in common, not to mention what your worst leads have in common, your targeting and messaging get a lot more powerful.

In this video, I’ll show you how to uncover high LTV and repeat purchase customers so you can start scaling your profitability.

For most marketers, because marketing data is siloed in different tools, optimization gets siloed too.

  • Take emails you can see, opens and clicks in your email provider. So emails get optimized for opens and clicks, not revenue.
  • Take ads. Ad platforms like Facebook and Google have terrible attribution and short attribution windows. That means they can show you impressions and clicks, but their sales data has more holes than Swiss cheese.
  • The same is true for your social channels, webinar systems, and your content marketing. Each channel tends to get optimized for its own data, not lifetime value.

Next, you can apply the total invoices filter to spot repeat buyers. These are the buyers that keep coming back.

Now click on the customer metric to see a list of all your high value repeat customers. You can even go a step further and click on any of the customer email addresses to open their customer profile.

You can see everything from page visits, ad clicks, products purchased, and much more.

Next, take a look at the top sources widget. These are the channels bringing in your best customers. The top products widget tells you which products are purchased most frequently by these customers.

And don’t forget to take a look at the product Orbit widget. It tells you which products are purchased most frequently, one after the other. This can give you valuable insight into which products you can offer as upsells or downsells to your customers.
