AI Insights is now available for our customers on SegMetrics Intelligence, Business, and Enterprise plans. (AI Insights is not included with SegMetrics Essentials.)

How to get started with AI Insights on your account

Just load up the report of your choice and click the “Insights” button at the top.

A panel slide out will appear with a “Generate Insights” button. Click that button and we’ll pass your report to our marketing-data trained AI.


If you’re a SegMetrics customer, then AI Insights is live and available in your account for you and your team today.
